“Follow your heart and be fully who you are!” says Christina Low. My first spiritual experience with dolphin, made me face the question: "Is this all there is in life? When I was in Hawaii in 2002, I uncovered parts of myself I never knew existed... My spiritual life became the focus of my life. Conscious loving and freedom for me is a lifeline to my spirit. I use it to heal, create joy, and find inner peace. Christina says, “Teaching is one of my true loves, bringing me joy and inspiration as it is always an honor to be part of someone's transformational journey.”
I have received some pivotal spiritual blessings in my life. I have sweat lodged in Native American Navajo, lived in the fevala - one of the most dangerous parts of the city in Salvador and participated in the Afro-Brazilian Candomble, undertook a shamanic journey to the Yoni Cave Big Island Hawaii, experienced the authentic Turkish Bath at Ciragan Palace Kempiski Istanbul, and witnessed the magnificent beauty of our universe: The Corcovado of Rio De Janeiro, The Acropolis of Athens, Niagara Falls, Grand Canyon, Monument Valley Utah, Hoover Dam Nevada, and visited indigenuous lands of Navajo National Monument Arizona, Canyon De Chelly Arizona, El Morro New Mexico, ... and travelled to many spiritual communities – Kalani Oceanside Retreat in Big Island Hawaii, Harbin Springs in Northern California, Omega Institute in New York, Hope Springs Institute in Ohio, Aldermarsh Retreat Center in Seattle,… and many countries and lands to gain and unfold the wisdom and knowledge of diverse sharing in unity with many cultures and nature for my soul’s renewal. I am always inspired by the way the universe opens up for me to meet and receive this wonderful knowledge. My journey continues to unfold so that I may help others.
I am doubly blessed with my life in the Sivananda Yoga Ashram New York, firstly for the beautiful souls who come and share their practice of yoga out of the spark of pure desire for liberation, wholeness, truth, and Pure Being with us; and secondly for the opportunity of experiencing yoga with the eyes of a beginner, explorer, and adventurer every day.
I listen to my Heart and see that the world gives me whatever is needed if I simply open my eyes and ears. It gives me constant feedback on the thoughts I hold in my mind and provides clues to where I might find what I am looking for. My thoughts travel through my heart. I have grown so much on a spiritual level and how Tantra has allowed me to release old emotions, blocks and struggles instantaneously. That is why tantra is so perfect for me, it is transformation done through love, joy and happiness, not to mention celebration!
