The body is honored as a instrument for the Divine, and Hatha Yoga and purification (internal and external) practices are used to transform the body to sustain the higher-level, yet subtle, spiritual energy. Focusing on the body as a vessel of Divine energy, it can only be helpful to refine the energies of the body through exercise, diet and meditation practices.
First the organs of the body have to be cleansed, discarding any sluggishness. Tantra Yoga consists of six cleansing processes (kriyas). Kriya means action taken specifically for purification purposes. Kriyas are cleansing actions taken to purify your life and set you on the path to Self-realization (or God-realization).
Pranayama, on the other hand, is highly vital in the practice of Tantra Yoga. One needs to master his breathing patterns before he can master his mind. Pranayama regulate the flow of Prana or vital energy in the body, which is needed to take further steps toward Samadhi. The practice of Pranayama can also lead to the awakening of the Kundalini Energy.
Includes Inner Practices: Kriyas, Pranayama, Mantras, Yantras (4 sessions)

“In our bodies, in this moment, there live the seed impulses of the change and spiritual growth we seek, and to awaken them we must bring our awareness into the body, into the here and now.” ~ Pat Ogden
