Tantra sacred sexuality is a very popular word used to describe a new way of viewing intimacy and sexuality. Tantra sacred sexuality says that sexual energy is the most natural thing in the world. Tantra sacred sexuality promotes the view that sex can become a sacred connection between beloved partners. Tantra sacred sexuality is a non-dual approach to sexual union. Two people join together and make love. Or do they? What is its true source of their union? In tantra sacred sexuality we're able to pierce the veil of illusion, of separation. Suddenly there is no longer a distinction between masculine and feminine, partner and self, or even self and All. Instead of being made love to, now we're made love through. In these moments, what roars between ourselves and our lovers are the deepest, wildest forces of creation. These forces can be summoned and honored, but not controlled. It's by learning to surrender to them that we realize our ultimate presence, healing, power and creativity, and actually experience, our divinity. Joseph Campbell the great mythologist said it this way: “Most people think that the thing we are looking for in life is meaning”. He added. " I don’t think that’s it at all. I think that most people are looking for an experience which connects them to the ecstasy of what it could feel like to be totally alive. To know the unburdened state of total aliveness is the pinnacle of the human potential." Campbell explored all of the worlds religions with an unequalled depth of perception and synthesis. He was able to distill that which we know as the core of the human condition. Tantra Sacred Sexuality can fulfill this need if practiced consciously and learned from a source with knowledge, integrity, and skill. Indeed in its highest expression, Tantra is the Yoga of everything. Tantra sacred sexuality is a force that connects us deeply to ourselves and the mystery of our existence. We can use that force to awaken to the fullness of who we are. |
