COUPLE COACHING
Love of Souls - A.Andrew Gonzalez What do you want? Most of us want a loving relationship in which we are valued for what we bring. We want to speak and be spoken to consciously and kindly. We would rather be appreciated than criticized. We want to feel connected and intimate. We want passionate heart-full sacred sex.

Deep intimacy, real understanding, and a mutually fulfilling sex life: These are not givens simply because you’re in a relationship. They require a commitment to growth, a willingness to put time and energy into the relationship, and openness to allowing vulnerability and new experiences.

All relationships need some focused attention from time to time. Unless we had parents that modeled a perfect relationship, we can use some help in finding our way through turbulent times. We need to learn how to speak our truth without blame and judgment in ways that inspire rather than hurt each other. Once couples begin to take proactive steps to deepen their relationship, they recognize that receiving information and support from outside the relationship is an ingredient that makes opening to each other in new ways much easier, and more playful. Having guidance from an outside source can sometimes make all the difference in enabling a couple to take the necessary steps to go to the next levels of love, joy and ecstasy, or to save a troubled relationship. Another reason people come to these sessions is a desire for the deepest intimacy and the most passion and love possible.

The couple sessions are designed in a step-by-step approach. Coaching sessions for couples involve learning exercises, practices and skills, with plenty of room for questions and discussions as the session progresses.

The sessions include the following topics:

  • Experiencing energy movement (understanding and opening energy flow)
  • Breathing exercises
  • Centering and focusing meditations
  • Intimate and Compassionate communication
  • Tantric exercises and practices
  • Learning about the masculine and feminine way
  • Learning how to open your body
  • Understanding the interplay of emotions and sexuality
  • Learning how to make your relationship more intimate and fun
  • Letting your sacred lovemaking become a more fulfilling experience
  • Allowing your sexual energy as a path to love, healing and the divine
“Tantra is a path of contact. Through intimate contact we can see ourselves more clearly. It is in relationship that many of our difficulties with intimacy arose, and it is in relationship that they can be healed – if we know how, and are willing to look clearly at the reflection of ourselves that relationships offer us. We think that we will find wholeness if we find the right partner. In fact, it is the other way around: we find the right partner who, by failing to make us whole, shows us where we still need to find wholeness in ourselves. Relationships offers us plenty of opportunities to see parts of ourselves that we tend to keep hidden, even from ourselves – both those aspects that we fear, dislike or judge, and also our beauty, light and brilliance. By reintegrating these qualities, we become more complete.” ~ Osho, Book of Secrets
